The photo below shows the Luminescence or Lume, on my watches. There were several types of Lume to choose from when I ordered my custom made watch hands. I wanted the best which was also the most expensive. You can clearly see the difference between the best and the standard Lume which is on the dial hour markers. I don’t have any control over which Lume is used on the dials, as I source them ready made.
For this photo I used my flash light (which is pretty bright) on the dial up close for about 8 to 10 seconds to get the glow that you see.
